TSUL CONSULTING is the first university-based legal spin-off company in Uzbekistan, established under the Tashkent State University of Law, bringing together academic excellence, education and legal practice on a single platform.
The company was established in accordance with the tasks for developing legal education and science set by Decree PF–232 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated November 26, 2025, as well as relevant decisions by the Tashkent State University of Law Council. It is the country’s first spin-off company from a law university.
